We are looking for friendly, compassionate Care Professionals. If you are an experienced caregiver or just love helping others, we would love to speak with you.

Our team includes mature, active women and men who have a passion for helping others. Your caring attitude and ability to relate to the challenges posed by aging are most important.

We take our time getting to know our Care Professionals through a careful interviewing process, background check, and personality evaluation.

We also have a need for licensed and experienced caregivers who are interested in working with seniors including : RNs, CNAs, HHA, and LPN / LVNs.

Companionship, shopping / errands, preparing a meal, pet care, minor housekeeping, transportation, activities and more. Seniors Helping Seniors® thoughtfully pairs our employees with clients that share things in common, such as former professions, hobbies or upbringing to maximize social engagement.

We offer :

Minimum requirements :

Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition,

enthusiasm, and are personable. Some Care Professionals provide basic companionship tasks, while others perform non-medical personal care services.

Past experience with Dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus.

Services we offer our clients include :

  • Companionship, such as reading, games, puzzles and reminiscing
  • Preparing meals
  • Medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
  • Assistance with showering / bathing and getting ready for the day (based on experience)

Qualifications :

  • Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family.
  • Driver's license and insured auto
  • Can operate a cell phone and download company app
  • Personal email account and ability to send and receive emails.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
